Jackson was born and raised in Littleton, CO, and moved to Boulder where he was a 3rd generation CU graduate. From an early age, he was fascinated with engineering and architecture, and held internships in both fields. Ultimately, his artistic inclinations led him into architecture.
As a student, Jackson spent a semester studying architecture in Rome, during which time he developed a passion for traveling, and took the opportunity to study the architecture of cities all over Europe. This experience (along with the foreign language skills he acquired) brought him back to Italy for six months upon graduation, when he was awarded a student ambassadorship to the World Expo in Milan, representing the United States under the auspices of the State Department.
After returning to the U.S., Jackson found himself drawn back to Boulder, where he joined the Arcadea team in early 2016.
