• The purpose of the design was to perform a financial feasibility analysis and to raise investment capital.

  • This building envisions the half block area as made up of four separate buildings in order to meet the city’s strict downtown design guidelines.

  • Condo Floor Plans: The program is for 14 residential condominiums over 18,000 sf of retail space, and includes underground parking.

  • Building Section: The new structure combines restaurant and retail spaces on the street level with condominiums above.
