The front door and entry stay in the same location. The cantilevering upper level creates cover for the front porch.

The parents' bedroom gets nice mountain views and lots of light with a cozy window seat.

The dressing room leading to the parents' bath provides a calm, spa-like feel and adds lots of storage.
