These conceptual design model renderings show options for re-purposing an existing auto dealership into a high-tech office building with a minimal construction budget.

This project was a complete interior redo. The new space opens up to bring in daylight and views to the large back yard. It removes a deck off the upper level hallway that was never used and creates a large interior volume in its place.
